You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. ink789 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.

4. Payment & Transaction Information
Deposit
All deposits on the ink789 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Available deposit methods include FPX (Online Banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfers to major Malaysian banks.
Deposits credited to your gaming account are non-refundable to the original payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set within the platform from time to time.
Ink789 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian local bank account registered in the ink789 account holder's name. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to two business days, subject to successful identity verification.
Ink789 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, as a fraud prevention measure and in compliance with internal security requirements.
Any withdrawal attempt involving funds derived from fraudulent activity or system manipulation will be voided and the associated account will be terminated.

- Financial losses resulting from game outcomes or activities conducted on the platform.
- Service disruptions arising from network failures, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
